Are your products truly clean and vegan?
Yes! All INNBEAUTY Project products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without 2,000+ questionable ingredients including parabens, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our clean clinical skincare to more countries soon!
Are your containers recyclable?
Sustainability is a core value for us. Most of our packaging is made from PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic and is fully recyclable. Please check the specific instructions on each product page.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Our system only allows for one discount code per transaction. However, you can use a discount code in conjunction with earned loyalty points in some cases.
